Our range of insulated delivery packaging for healthcare products allows you to ship temperature-sensitive products B2C, while respecting the medical cold chain.
These solutions offer excellent value for money and are completely modular; you simply need to vary the cold load and the quantity of products to allow for shorter or longer transport times.
This range of insulated packaging solutions for the delivery of healthcare products offers a wide range of packaging options. We offer a solution tailored to each of your needs. We have categorized some of our products by their effectiveness duration (12/24 hours; 24/36 hours; 36/48 hours; and 48/72 hours). Each product has its own composition, either with a lining or XPS panels, depending on the required effectiveness duration.
Ice packs act as thermal stabilizers. If there is too much or too little, the frozen product, which will eventually become a medication, may lose its effectiveness and become dangerous because maintaining the temperature within the stability range is no longer guaranteed. We are able to determine the exact number of cold packs to facilitate heat exchange in insulated packaging for medications using powerful simulation software to ensure the best performance of your insulated packaging for medication delivery.
We offer a wide range with several transport times, but if you have a specific request in terms of transport time or temperature range, we can create solutions tailored to your needs (lining, XPS). These solutions are modular. They can be used with more or less cold, depending on the shipping season and the type and quantity of products to be shipped.
The product volume is not fixed: you can arrange the interior of your insulated packaging as you wish. Our design office can size the amount of cold to be provided based on a specific type of transport. Heat stabilizers can be flexible or rigid, ranging from 200 to 900 cc.
As with all solutions, one or more liquid or solid cold packs will be required. Whether there are too many or too few cold packs can have a direct impact on the packaging performance and the quality of your product. Don’t worry, we can determine the number of stabilizers required to maximize the effectiveness of your packaging, taking into account your dimensions.
