What kind of insulation for isothermal packaging?

The choice of insulation depends on the performance required to meet your needs. The longer the transport time, the greater the difference between the temperature of the product being transported and the outside temperature, the higher the insulation’ s performance will need to be. For insulation to perform well, you need to increase its thickness and/or its insulating capacity.

For the last mile, we generally recommend a 3/4/5/10mm isostrat box, delivered flat.

For durations in excess of 24 to 36 hours, we recommend the addition ofXPS insulation (extruded, expanded polystyrene) in the form of panels that can be delivered flat.

Since 2021, we’ve been developing a range of biosourced insulation products based on rice straw and hemp, also deliverable flat packed, which can respond to different types of problems by combining performance and respect for our planet.
