Isovation? It’s a team that works under the sun of the South of France, in good spirits!
A passionate, dynamic team with explosive talent and know-how.
Here, you’re trained and supervised, sensitive to and open to technological developments, testing new materials and solutions, improving productivity, and complying with Quality (ISO9001), Health, Safety and Environmental regulations. We support future players in the cold chain through apprenticeship contracts, professionalization contracts, or end-of-study internships.
Our CSR commitment
A close-knit team works in cohesion, in a healthy environment combining mutual aid, benevolence, sympathy and respect.
This environment enables us to deliver quality work that meets our primary objective: customer satisfaction. At Isovation, we have weekly sports sessions and take part in inter-company challenges (soft mobility, community walks and runs, etc.).
We have also set up a company vegetable garden in collaboration with the Jardins du Colibri association: a place to relax with rest areas, as well as a petanque court, barbecue and basketball hoop!
Our cold chain expertise
ISOVATION’s 15 employees in France have been with the company for several years, giving us the benefit of more than 150 years’ cumulative experience in our trade.
In addition to our on-site teams, we have built up an ecosystem of partners in the European and African markets.
This presence characterizes our determination to always work close to our customers and their needs.

1990 - Creation of the company
Creation of ISOSTRAT, a flat isothermal packaging made from recycled plastic, distributed in France and abroad.
2010 - Creation of the Design Office
2014 - ISO 9001 certification

2015 - Joining the EFC
2018 - ECO-Matériaux
Launch of ECOSTRAT (100% recycled / 100% recyclable)
2019 - Solution Grand Volume ULD
The solution wins the innovation award at SITL 2020.
