What is e-health?

The E-santé range has been developed specifically for shipping healthcare products by courier or post. We have a range of validated products, whose dimensions are fixed and validation is dependent on the product being transported. This E-santé range is designed to be modular and more economical.

What’s so modular about these isothermal packs for drug delivery?

This range of packaging for the delivery of medicines is defined by longer or shorter transit times: 24 to 36 hours, 36 to 48 hours, and 48 to 72 hours. The longer the transport time, the greater the thickness of insulation in our solutions. We start with a thickness of 20mm, up to 40mm. The volume produced inside is entirely modular. So, between two shipments, you can have a different type of product, depending on the quantity, type of product and duration of the shipment. So by varying the amount of cold you put inside, you can have a more or less effective solution, and one that doesn’t contain the same thing.

How do I know how much cold to add to my isothermal medicine delivery pack?

It’s that simple! We recommend even loading: if you only chill the top side, the temperature of the products underneath may rise faster than those on top. We therefore recommend applying cold to at least 2 sides of the packaging. If you add cold on 3 or 4 sides, it’s even better. If you’re in any doubt, we can help you determine the right amount of cold for your product, based on the temperature of your product and the outside temperature. If you need to keep a product at 15/25°C in mid-season, you won’t need the same amount of cold accumulators as if you need to maintain 2/8°C in high summer.
