What is a 4GV package?

4GV packaging is a combination of a reinforced cardboard box, a cushioning system (foam, cushioning, paper, etc.) and a certified closure. Unlike 4G, 4GV allows the use of inner containers of various shapes, materials and origins, within specified weight and density limits.
Each 4GV package bears a clear UN marking, indicating its certification and conditions of use: maximum density, packaging group (X, Y, Z), year, country and testing body.
