The pallet box is the right product for you: it can hold from 190 to 600 liters of goods, which can be stored from 24 to 96 hours.
These boxes make it easier to transport, store and lift loads. Adapted to industrial and logistics environments, these ergonomic solutions improve productivity and reduce risks for your operators. Thanks to lightweight, recyclable materials, they also help to reduce the environmental footprint and handling costs.

XPS (Expanded Polystyrene) is the base material for our products. It has the perfect properties to insulate goods from outside temperatures, and is synonymous with lightness.
The cardboard is the shell of our pallet box, providing shape and rigidity to the finished product. The superior mechanical properties of double-flute cardboard ensure optimum protection for your goods during storage, packaging or transport. The combination of double-flute corrugated board and a kraft outer coating gives our cardboard boxes excellent rigidity and crush resistance.
Positive cold accumulators are indispensable inside your isothermal packaging, for temperature maintenance. Also known as “eutectic plates”, “ice packs” or “gel packs”, they help you maintain the cold chain and preserve the quality of your products. These thermal stabilizers come in a PET/PE envelope with water inside.

All our production offcuts are returned to our supplier in shredded/compacted format. Our supplier reintegrates 42% of our XPS shreds into his new products, and as a plastics manufacturer, we can guarantee that we are taking part in the ecological war effort!
Cardboard recycling channels are well established in France, allowing for infinite reintegration into new cardboard production.
