We’ve been building on our expertise in the manufacture and design of isothermal packaging for over 30 years. We support our customers in their need to respect and protect the cold chain. When we talk about the cold chain, we mean all logistics and transport operations from supplier to customer. From storage on the quay to final delivery.

What are our isothermal coolers for transporting catered meals?

Our reusable transport solutions enable you to transport food products while respecting your product’s cold chain. Its double closure (velcro and zipper) ensures good interior insulation. Equipped with XPS insulation (insulating panels from 30 to 60mm thick), combined with icepacks, this solution is a truly self-contained isothermal cooler. By combining these elements, you’ll ensure that your product is optimally protected inside so that it won’t be affected by outside weather conditions, enhancing the value of your product for your customers. In fact, you can leave your carrying case at your customer’s premises and come back for it later without any special handling, or use it for deliveries thanks to its carrying straps. We offer several sizes of carrying case to suit your needs, as well as a document slot for easy identification.

Luggage compartments can carry volumes of up to 627L.

How do I use a reusable carrying case?

It’s easy to use, but first you need to analyze your product’s temperature maintenance requirements (2°/8°C, 15°/25°C, -18°C), as this will determine the type of thermal accumulator you need. A thermal accumulator, better known as an icepack, is designed to accumulate energy from its adapted environment and release it when it reaches phase-change temperature. If your product is to be stored in a cool place (2°/8°C), you’ll need to put the right icepack in the freezer 48 hours beforehand, take it out and put it at room temperature 30 minutes beforehand, so that it enters this phase change. When you insert it in the appropriate compartment of your isothermal cooler, it will enable your product to remain in its appropriate temperature range and retain all its properties. And then? all you have to do is deliver your meals.

Our reusable insulated lunch bags are robust!

Our isothermal panniers and cases are made from sturdy, lightweight materials offering long service life. Polyester exterior and washable pvc interior. They are equipped with straps, but above a certain volume, they are fitted with handles for transport by two people or with a hand truck.
Our solutions can be customized from a minimum order of 25 pieces. You can put your logo or other pictograms on them, but you can also choose the color and add a handle.
It is also possible to carry out tests in a climatic chamber, supervised by our research department. These tests demonstrate the effectiveness of our isothermal coolers in the face of all types of temperature variation.
