Description

Ecological isothermal solution for transporting heat-sensitive products over a 24-hour period.

Eco-boxes are essentially made of corrugated cardboard. The outer box, but also the inner insulating panels.

The outer box is in B30 quality, and the inner insulation panels in BC20, giving a total insulation thickness of 20 mm.

The benefits

Environmentally-friendly, cardboard is easy to dispose of, either industrially or individually, thanks to its recycling chain.

Solutions are delivered flat-packed or assembled by us.

Absorption by the cardboard of residual water at the bottom of the box when defrosting cold accumulators.

Who can use our insulated cardboard packaging?

If you transport products that are sensitive to heat, cold or sudden changes in temperature, and if your products travel for less than 48 to 72 hours, you can use our insulated cardboard packaging to ship your products.

We’ve designed a range of insulated packaging made entirely from cardboard. If you want to significantly improve the environmental image of your shipments, our packaging is environmentally friendly thanks to its 100% cardboard design, and it’s also completely recyclable. How do we do it? Simply sort them into the cardboard collection bin, and that’s it!

Our insulated cardboard packaging has the same use as plastic-based isothermal solutions. Each reference has been designed and tested in a climatic chamber to validate its effectiveness. It is the corrugations of the cardboard, once trapped in the transport box, that ensure insulating performance.
