Here are the steps involved in developing a new product.
Customer needs
Each requirement is taken into account and will result in a tailor-made solution: a box with an easy-to-open tear strip / tamper evidence system, a handle, a minimum cold holding time, an aesthetic criterion to be respected, an imposed opening direction.
Custom design
Feasibility study and technical drawing. Determination of packaging costs: quotation by order quantity to ensure pricing viability before testing the packaging.
Testing and validation
Prototyping / real-life customer testing.
We are equipped with prototyping tools that enable us to sample our customers' packaging before investing in industrial cutting tools.
Production
Once the sample has been validated, we order the cutting and printing tools that enable us to carry out industrial production to meet your order quantities and offer you the shortest possible delivery times.
