A large-volume pallet shipper in ¼ ULD format

The Isotemp’air is an isothermal logistics handling unit in which you can directly ship an 80×120 pallet filled with temperature-sensitive products for up to 144h without having to pack them individually. Its ¼ ULD format opens it up to air transport.

What is it made of and how does it work?

This pallet shipper is delivered flat to save shipping costs. It’s made up of 6 highly resistant insulating panels, all laid out on a plastic pallet. Assembling the 6 panels takes less than 5 minutes, as all you have to do is position and strap them together. No hardware required. All you have to do is insert the cold packs and load your pallet inside. And that’s all there is to it!

Isothermal performance

Our pallet shipper is capable of maintaining your products at a refrigerated temperature between 2 and 8°C for 120 hours during a hot summer, and 144 hours in summer and mid-season. The isothermal performance of this large-volume pallet shipper has been measured and validated in our climatic chambers, in accordance with current standard protocols. We reproduce temperature variations throughout the test and continuously record the temperature inside and at various points.

When should you use this large-volume ¼ ULD pallet shipper?

When you need to transport a full pallet (frozen, deep-frozen, sensitive medical products, etc.) without using a refrigerated truck, the Isotemp’air is the ideal solution. Its 144-hour efficiency will enable you to ship your pallet anywhere in the world without the need for external cold sources. It can also be used as a buffer cold room when a pallet full of frozen goods, for example, is waiting for the refrigerated truck on a loading bay. The outer dimensions of 1540x1160x1570mm fit both the ULD air transport format and the dimensions of a semi-trailer, since two units fit perfectly in width without loss of space.

Recycled and recyclable!

Isotemp’air is made up of three materials: PVC membranes, XPS insulation and the pallet. Everything can be recycled!
