At the start of 2023, the Les Jardins du Colibri association, the Semailles association and Isovation launched a joint project to create an in-house vegetable garden – behind the factory!
How do you transform an unused, unattractive, derelict plot of land into a place for living, lunching, watering, harvesting and sharing? the recipe is simple!
2 weeks ago, we were the victim of a burglary at Isovation: the factory, storage areas and offices were vandalized. We emphasized the fact that Isovation’s know-how was not “break-in-proof”.
Today, through this blog article on the promotion of our company garden, we are once again making this observation: the value of intangible assets is much greater; group cohesion, good humor, convivial moments shared with work colleagues…
The whole team would like to thank Philippe Carles, THE boss, for the steps he has taken to promote well-being in the workplace: vegetable garden, pétanque pitch, barbecue, basketball hoop, sports session every Monday… all the ingredients you need to have a “smile” at work and the desire to work in a good mood, with kindness and humor, always humor!
