Isothermal packaging in extruded expanded polystyrene (XPS) provides effective thermal insulation and protection against temperature variations. XPS also attenuates shocks and vibrations during transport. Lightweight and durable, XPS is also recyclable through dedicated channels and can be manufactured from recycled material, helping to reduce carbon footprints.
Whether it’s road, rail or air transport, most service providers have buffer facilities to collect the maximum amount of goods, and thus optimize the vehicle.
48 hours is 2 days, and it’s the time needed to guarantee that your drug will be in the best possible condition, that it hasn’t lost any of its properties, and that it will remain effective once it reaches the end user.

XPS (extruded expanded polystyrene) is the basis of our products, the material with the perfect properties for insulating medicines and synonymous with lightness.
At Isovation, recycling has long been a concern, and all XPS offcuts are returned to our supplier in crushed/compacted form. The latter reintegrates a certain percentage in its new productions, so we can be proud of achieving a complete loop.
Isostrat is the name given to our boxes, made of XPS foam and covered with silver PET film. These 2 materials are made in France, including one near Avignon (our production site). Once again, respect for the environment is one of our quality commitments.
Cardboard can also be used in the design of your boxes, and needless to say, recycling channels are well established in France, allowing for infinite reintegration into new cardboard production.
