24h transport time, i.e.?

Health sector products (medicines, blood products, etc.) requiring transport at 2/8°C temperature over a 24-hour period require a transport plan that takes into account every logistical stage from packaging of the goods: transport and tracking, unloading and delivery.
Preparation, planning and pre-packaging are not included in the 24-hour period, which only really begins when the product is inserted into the packaging. That’s when the countdown begins!
If a stage is added to the list (storage for customs clearance), this stage and its corresponding duration must be added to the 24 hours. In this case, you have two options: select a package validated for a longer duration (48h, 72h), or contact us to develop a solution adapted to the actual transport duration. We are able to test and validate a package according to the actual transport plan.

I can’t find the right volume or size for my product. What should I do?

Our solutions have been developed to meet dimensional requirements. Products validated for 2/8°C over 24 hours have fixed dimensions, and must be inserted inside the thermal barrier.
