Description
Isothermal solution validated in climatic chambers to NF S99 700 standard. Allows the transport of refrigerated products at 15/25°C over a 24-hour period.
This isothermal solution consists of an outer box made of Isostrat (3mm XPS foam), inner insulation (30 to 40mm XPS foam panels), an inner thermal barrier made of Isostrat (5 to 10mm), and phase-change cold accumulators at 20°C.
These solutions are validated in accordance with profiles ST-24 a and d of standard NFS 99 700.
The benefits
Stand-alone solution: when the cold accumulators are inserted in the packaging, it is self-sufficient, keeping products between 15 and 25°C for 24 hours without the need for additional energy.
The temperature of the product inside the packaging is controlled.

The 15/25°C 24h isothermal packaging consists of an isothermal box into which insulation reinforcements and “cold” briquettes are inserted to diffuse a uniform temperature of 20°C.
Some products lose their properties or active ingredients if they leave their storage range. Some products, such as medicines, must be kept at room temperature, summer and winter alike. If you need to send medicines or other healthcare products to a pharmacy, our 15/25°C isothermal packaging is just the thing.
This is the very principle of validated isothermal packaging: we give you the guarantee of the effectiveness you need. All our validated isothermal packaging is tested in our climatic chambers according to a precise, standardized protocol. After a preparation and pre-conditioning phase, a test pack is placed in a climatic chamber which will rise and fall in temperature over a 24-hour period, simulating summer, winter and mid-season days. During this simulation, temperature probes continuously record the temperature inside the isothermal pack at various points. Once the package has passed all the tests, it is validated for 24 hours within the 15/25°C range.
Our design department will tailor packaging to suit your needs: transport time, handles, pre-cutting, tear-off strip…
