Description
Isothermal solutions designed for reuse.
The materials used are robust and lightweight, offering a long service life.
These solutions have been validated in our climatic chambers, using dry ice to maintain temperatures of < -80°C for several hours.
Please refer to the tables below for product/ice-carrying capacities according to bag volume, from 5 to 40L of useful volume.
The use and transport of dry ice is regulated.
The packaging must be labelled with the following information:
Mention of dry ice weight – Code 419
Transport of class 9 miscellaneous substances – Code 122
These are compulsory indications of the presence and quantity of dry ice in the packaging.
The benefits
Boxes are reusable and washable. High thermal performance thanks to 30 to 40mm XPS insulation.
Velcro and zipper closure, document pockets.

A satchel is a reusable isothermal packaging validated for health use. In other words, it enables healthcare products such as medicines, vaccines, etc. to be kept at a stable temperature for a short or long period of time.
The bag makes it easy to transport a product between hospitals or laboratories. The pouch offers a number of advantages, including:
– The ability to maintain temperature in an isothermal package, giving good thermal performance
– The fact that it can be reused and washed many times.
– With customization (25 pieces)
These solutions are reusable and feature ergonomic features such as handles, straps and interior compartments, while ensuring high performance over long, demanding periods.
Boxes and cases can be customized: fabric color, logo printing, addition of a handle, etc. (subject to a minimum order quantity of 25 pieces).
To achieve an efficiency of -80°C in a satchel, we use dry ice, what’s that?
Dry ice acts as a solid or liquid thermal stabilizer, i.e. it provides a stable, constant temperature over the long or short term. The more dry ice there is, the longer the target temperature can be maintained. If there isn’t enough dry ice in your isothermal health packaging, this can have a direct impact on the quality and performance of your product.
Thanks to the references we offer, we are able to determine the quantity of dry ice per product volume, the size of the isothermal packaging, as well as your constraints in terms of temperature range, transport, etc. (maximum: -80°C).
Don’t worry, we’ll give you instructions on how to use dry ice when you order.
No, in the bag you’ll find an insulator that we use in many of our products. XPS is an essential addition to guarantee and maintain such efficiency in our isothermal reusable health packs. The combination of dry ice and the insulating performance of XPS sheets makes them light and long-lasting.
We can make any size of bag to your specifications, including the XPS sheets used inside.
Our design department will tailor packaging to suit your needs: transport time, handles, pre-cutting, tear-off strip…
Need specific validation?
Our climatic chambers test the performance of your isothermal packaging, including for other uses, products or destinations.
To personalize your isothermal packaging (logo, slogan, recycling info, contact details), our graphics department will work with you to validate your artwork. Packaging that reflects your corporate image.
