Description
Isothermal solution validated in climatic chambers to NF S99 700 standard. Allows frozen products to be transported for up to 96 hours.
This isothermal solution comprises an Isostrat outer box (3mm XPS foam), inner insulation (60mm to 60mm XPS foam panels) and phase-change cold accumulators at -21°C.
These solutions are validated according to a “stress test” temperature profile with a constant outside temperature of 5°C.
The benefits
Stand-alone solution: when the cold accumulators are inserted in the packaging, it is self-sufficient, keeping products frozen for 96 hours without the need for additional energy.
The temperature of the product inside the packaging is controlled.

As with our entire range of isothermal packaging for frozen medical products (24h; 48h; 72h), we are able to transport products such as vaccines, over short, long or even very long periods and long distances. This 96h isothermal packaging for frozen products offers the possibility of both national and international transport, and a guarantee that medical products will not be altered by the various environmental constraints (summer, winter, interseasons) during your transport, storage or other operations.
If you don’t find what you’re looking for, don’t worry, we’re able to supply you with a customized isothermal deep-frozen packaging for medical products for a period of 96 hours at -18°C. In other words, we have a sample of isothermal packaging capable of meeting your specific requirements, respecting the dimensions of your product while complying with the constraints of 96h at -18°C during the cold chain cycle.
All custom-made isothermal packaging is tested and certified to the NF S99-700 standard, which specifies usage profiles for summer, winter and interseasonal weather. If you want to know exactly how your product will be transported from the point of departure to the point of arrival, with all the logistical stages that the isothermal packaging may undergo. We are able to carry out a simulation, then carry out tests in real life with the appropriate solution as well as your product or a substitute product in a climatic chamber to find out whether or not the isothermal solution for frozen products 96h at -18°C is viable.
The cold chain for isothermal packaging of frozen medical products for 48 hours, with an efficiency of -18°C, is the succession of all the logistical stages from the packaging of your product to your home.
If any stage of the cold chain is not respected, then your product will have lost all efficiency. That’s why our packaging comes with instructions for use, to make it easier to understand our isothermal packaging for frozen medical products.
All this is possible thanks to a cold accumulator that can maintain such a high temperature over such a long period of time. To avoid over- or under-consumption, we can simulate the isothermal pack with your product and determine the exact number of cold packs required. If there are too many or too few cold packs, then the frozen medical products in the isothermal packaging can no longer be as effective, and therefore pose a risk of danger to the recipient.
Our design department will tailor packaging to suit your needs: transport time, handles, pre-cutting, tear-off strip…
